About Debbie St. John
Debbie St. John is President and Founder of Excellent Bookkeeping Solutions which serves small and mid-sized businesses in the South Denver Metro Area of Colorado. Debbie loves working with small and mid-sized business owners to free up their time to build their businesses while she takes care of their bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks needs and chores.
With over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, Debbie is a Certified Bookkeeper, a designation awarded by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a CTEC (California Tax Education Council) Registered Tax Preparer.
Debbie spends time each year staying up-to-date with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop as well as tax and accounting changes. She is not only proficient in complex accounting issues, but can also answer your advanced QuickBooks questions. You can rest assured that all of your information will remain confidential and in good hands.
In addition to bookkeeping and payroll services, Debbie offers QuickBooks training, setup, consulting, and troubleshooting. She can also work with your tax preparer or CPA to get your books in order for tax time. She tailors her services to meet your unique needs.
Prior to starting her own business in 2008, Debbie worked for a tax preparation business preparing tax returns and performing bookkeeping services. She also has insurance industry experience, has served as Treasurer of a nonprofit organization, and is a Past President of American Business Women’s Association, the Express to Success Chapter.
When Debbie is not working, she enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
